Podcasting How-To Workshop Series: Secrets To Interviewing & Narrating; Marketing A Launch

In this three-part virtual workshop series, attendees will learn the practical skills, techniques, and strategies for producing a high-quality and successful podcast. In addition, for those communicators working in-house or at agencies, this workshop will cover how to get their clients/senior staffers as guests on popular podcasts.

During initial planning for a branded podcast, you must decide on its format and how it will appeal to your target audience. Podcast strategists often examine their brand’s pipeline of both content and talent, helping them determine whether the podcast will feature interviews or just scripted narration. In any case, you must ensure your hosts know the proper storytelling techniques for being the voice of your branded podcast.

More importantly, the road to success starts with a well thought out podcast production and marketing plan. In this virtual workshop, speakers will cover how to create a regular production cadence, recommendations for which major podcast directories you should consider, and what goes into crafting a robust marketing campaign.
